You start off your Wayanad Cycling Tour after breakfast trying out the bikes, learning to use the gears and to negotiate climbs. You will start biking over smooth roads for a 3-hour tour along picturesque tea gardens and mountains. We will end the ride in the midst of rolling tea gardens, alongside a river. Take the time to explore the area, frolic in the water and maybe a well-deserved snooze.

Lunch will be at a nearby house where you will be served home-cooked Kerala fare.

Post lunch, we will have a short hike into a cardamom plantation. Cardamom needs heavy shade so these plantations retain the old forest trees, and the rain forest ambience is retained. You will walk along with ancient hardwood trees and listen to the stories about them. The trek will end at a large pool in a crystal clear mountain stream. The area is secluded and you can enjoy a dip in the deliciously cool water in total privacy.

We can either drive back or cycle back to your resort.
